Country holiday coverage
The calculator separates a country’s weekend rules from its public-holiday rules. That makes the estimate more transparent when two locations produce different results.

Countries without a listed holiday calendar
They remain available in the selector. Their working-day result excludes Saturday and Sunday but does not remove country-specific public holidays. This is intentionally labeled as a weekday-only estimate rather than implying complete national coverage.
How to use the result responsibly
Use the comparison for early project planning, staffing conversations, invoice estimates, and deadline discussions. Before a legal, payroll, tax, immigration, financial, or contractual deadline, compare the result with the official government or employer calendar for the relevant location.
Why this matters: “Working day” is not universal. A date can be a weekday in both countries but still be a public holiday in one location, or a regional closure can change the answer for a particular team.
